Last Day Snowboarding pics

These pictures were from our last day of snowboarding for the season (early April). But that doesn't mean it stops snowing. It usually snows throughout the month of May but luckily this year we are having an early Spring! Once the ski hill closes, I'm ready to get into the woods and start backpacking. It usually takes until mid to late June for all of the snow to melt in the back country, so my patience is put to the ultimate test every year. "MELT MELT MELT!"

More Great Music

I have A LOT of catching up to do! Let's go back some fun music in March. Chali 2na (Jurassic 5)came our lovely little valley and rocked our music loving asses off! I love live music but I really love seeing the musicians have the time of their lives while playing on stage. Chali was having a blast and thriving off of the crowds energy. I'm quite sure these guys will come back and play for us again!

Snowfest Snow Sculptures

How friggin' COOL is this? Pun INTENDED! Several teams have one week to complete a snow sculpture for a prize. Every day I drive past the sculptures to see the progress and creativity unfold. Some teams were outside in the negative temps working 24/7 perfecting their masterpieces. Impressive, to say the least!

Andy Frasco and the UN--rocked my face off!

This guy. What a talent. He will go far with his musical skills, charisma, motivation, inspiration and determination. His energy is a contagious epidemic. We fell in love with him, his music, his talented band mates and their hilarious musical dueling with comedic banter while performing on stage. If you ever have the chance to see this band DO IT! Just be sure to wear comfortable shoes because you will be dancing all night!

Thailand

Tropical Thailand

Southern Thailand

In and around Bangkok Thailand

We arrived in Bangkok just in time for the floods. However, it took 3 days before we saw any sign of water or flooding. We caught a glimpse of the flood waters over main roads when we took the sky train. After leaving the city to tour southern Thailands tropical beaches we returned to Bangkoks DRY streets with zero sign of flooding!
